Pianists, you are welcome to the Academy this year.
Our Academy will be part of the 83rd season of famous Music Mountain Festival, one of the oldest continuous Chamber Music Summer Festival in the USA.
Participants will have substantial individual lessons with our outstanding piano faculty and chamber music coaching with members of the world famous St. Petersburg String Quartet. The students will have an opportunity to perform with the orchestra.
1st week - auditions and setting groups
Lessons schedule:
3-4 private lessons per week depending on the number of the students
3-4 quartet or other chamber music lessons. This will also include playing music with the members of the SPSQ
Studying individually orchestral parts
Concerto competition. 3-4 winners will be chosen to play with the orchestra in the final concert. Daily orchestra rehearsals.
